Khabtah's Actions Regarding Violations

Khabtah reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion and to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, to take any action it deems appropriate regarding violating content, accounts, or stores, including:

The availability of any content, store, product, or service through the platform does not constitute approval or endorsement by Khabtah of its legality, quality, suitability, or regulatory compliance.

The user or merchant remains independently responsible for the content, product, service, or activity originating from them.

Reporting Violating Content

Users and merchants may report any content, product, service, or activity suspected of violating this policy or applicable laws and regulations through Khabtah's official and approved communication channels.

Khabtah reserves the right to review reports and take appropriate action in accordance with its policies, internal procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.

Relationship with the Terms of Use

This policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Use and conditions governing use of the Khabtah platform, and shall be read and interpreted together with them as supplementary provisions.
